Christmas 2017 Delivery Times

Christmas is nearly here! Please see the below guides on Christmas delivery cut off times. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. 

  • Sydney: 18th December
  • NSW,ACT,VIC,QLD: 13th December
  • SA,NT,WA,TAS: 7th December
  • All Regional Areas (including NSW): 7th December

* Please note, Christmas puts stress on all delivery networks. Our shipping providers do their best to deliver packages before Christmas but we advise getting in early so you are not dissapointed! These times have been provided by our courior partners - it is possible that packages will still arrive before Christmas for metro areas, but it is best to get in quick. 

Standard Shipping

If your order is placed by 2pm EST, all in stock products will be dispatched the next business day! We use a variety of shipping providers to ensure your products arrive as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. 

Postage charges are based on weight, destination and speed of the delivery. During the checkout process you will be given the shipping options available for your area. 

Please use the below as an indicator for the average delivery times per state/territory: 

  • Sydney: 1-3 business days
  • NSW,ACT,VIC,QLD: 3-5 business days
  • SA,NT,WA,TAS: 5-7 business days

*Please note remote areas may take longer. We do our best to balance costs vs delivery time to our remote customers.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders over $100 (excluding remote / regional areas) are entitled to free shipping. The "Free Shipping" method will automatically become available on the checkout if your order meets the required criteria.

Unfortunetly remote locations are not eligble for free shipping at this time. 

Shipping Issues / Problems

To minimise shipping issues that may create delays in your delivery, please note the following:

  • Our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes
  • Please be sure to check the spelling and postcode you provide during checkout
  • Public Holidays will not count as a business day, orders will be dispatched the following business day
  • During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas) the delivery network is under extreme pressure and may create additional delays

Authority to leave

Nothing is worse than getting home and realising you have missed your package. During the checkout process you will be given the option for "Authority to Leave". If this is ticked, the shipping provider will leave the package on your doorstep, ready for when you get home. 

Tracking Orders

When an order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking information. Using this number, you will be able to see where your package is and what the estimated delivery time is. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping - we offer fast, efficient shipping for Australia only.
